Group class with 6-7 Reformer beds. 
Beginner, Intermediate, some levels in between are all welcome. 

No need to find your own crew. 
Jump into available classes based on class and time preferred.

Signature Group Class

Signature Reformer Class is a 55-minute session designed to build your Pilates foundation through varieties of class styles. Each class focuses on technique, precision and mindful movement, helping you understand the essence of Pilates in a dynamic and engaging way.

FLOW

Great for beginners.

Pre Natal friendly.

Classical meets contemporary.

Your everyday workout. 

The Pilates essentials.

CONTROL

Not suitable for Pre Natal.

Movements targeting control and balance. Deep core activation. 

It's the "I feel muscles I didn't know I had" kind of class.

MOM & BUBBA

Great for beginners.

Non pre/post natal are welcome.

Tailored for pre and post natal.

To strengthen and energize.

Ps: Bring your little ones! We have a toys, hopefully fun enough. We do not offer a nanny service on site. 

Dads are welcome too!

STRONG

Not recommended for beginners.

Aim for muscle strength and gains. Heavier load and tons of progressions. 

Work it until you can't make it.

STRETCH&
MOBILITY

Great for beginners.

Pre Natal Friendly.

Loaded stretching and controlled breathing. Moving joints to its full range of motion.

It's a chill class. 

Perfect for recovery.

THE CLASSICS

Great for beginners.

Pre Natal Friendly.

Rediscover the essence of Reformer Classical Pilates! Focusing on movement, fluidity, deep strength, and control. Embracing the beauty of the original practice that transforms your body and mind. 

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCE

Not suitable for beginners.

Not suitable for pre natal.

Very little rest in between. Sets of movements that flows with challenging progressions. Clients are expected to know the Reformers well in order to follow the class flow (minimum of 20 Reformer sessions are required).

Essentials Group Class

Suitable for beginners.

Reformer Essentials is a 45-minute group class focused on effective and repetitive movements to build strength, improve cardio and  mobility.

 

It’s shorter, more affordable, and still gives you the same great quality.
